We coordinate planning, production , dispatches and update the production status on an everyday basis with our customers. We set up the entire production as per the best quality standards and follow it up constantly.

We actually control the production on all major aspects like:

	Checking dies
	Skiving edges
	Temperature controlling
	Setting of stitch-length
	Stitching and table works
	Lining pasting
	Up to end-control

We take special care to ensure that plans of parties are completed as per schedule.

We take up orders even from 100 pairs onwards per style, which can be done by hand cutting, to avoid expensive cutting-dies.
